II. Personal data policy

Pursuant to the provisions of amended French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, on data protection and privacy, the Website complies with the requirements of dispensation no. 7 of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Teréga reserves the right to modify its personal data policy at any time, including to take account of changes in the technologies used, the publishing of new services and new regulations. Any modification shall become effective from the time it is placed online.
2. Collection of personal data from users
Teréga uses IT resources to facilitate the management of its relationships with all of its stakeholders. Any corresponding professional information shall be used solely for internal purposes within Teréga. No personal information about you shall be provided to a third party or used for any purpose that has not been indicated to you.
Personal data is collected from users of the recruitment area only for the purpose of enabling Teréga recruitment officers to consider the compatibility of the profiles or users with the requirements of the posts to be filled. Applications shall be considered provided that compulsory information is provided (data preceded by an asterisk*). If these fields are not completed, the application cannot be processed.
Personal data collected via the recruitment site shall be secure and treated confidentially.
These personal data are viewed only be authorised Teréga staff and by external recruitment agencies appointed by Teréga, for the sole purposes of the procedure for selecting candidates.
Teréga shall not communicate this information to third parties, organisations, external companies or individuals for purposes other than issues associated with the recruitment of candidates by Teréga.

Some services offered on the Website require a user name and a password.

III. Guarantees and responsibilities
Teréga uses its best efforts to ensure the information accessible via the Website is accurate and regularly updated. However, Teréga provides no guarantee whatsoever that this information is accurate, complete and up to date.
In no event shall Teréga be liable for any damage whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the cause, source, nature or consequence, resulting from viewing or using the Website. Teréga also declines all liability in the event of interruption or inaccessibility of the Website, the occurrence of any faults and any damage resulting from fraudulent acts committed by third parties using the Website.
