Teréga has rejoined the OpenData Réseaux Energie platform launched by operators GRTgaz and RTE.
This new collaborative venture by 3 national electricity and natural gas transport operators will now enable the roll-out of a consistent joint presentation of France’s energy production and consumption data across the whole country.
This platform opendata.reseaux-energies.fr provides a set of energy consumption and production data, presented at different administrative levels of detail.
For its part, Teréga supplies the platform with its “Storage” data, and enables national coverage of “Consumption” data.
This service is aimed at local and territorial authorities, administrative bodies, observatories, economic players and the general public.
RTE, GRTgaz, Teréga and AFGNV, which has rejoined the initiative, hope to make this site a
go-to source of information for energy data, due to its multi-energy, multi-operator nature. Its mission is to welcome new data and new partners on board to help deliver policies connected with the Energy Transition Law.
