In compliance with the provision of the article 4 of The Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing a network code on interoperability and data exchange rules, both Enagas and TIGF submit to public consultation the sections of the Interconnection Agreement document among TIGF, Enagas Transporte SAU and Enagas GTS SAU, sections established in the subsection 2 of the quoted article. The consultation predates the document signing.
Being the sections:
· Rules for the matching process
· Rules for the allocation of gas quantities
· Communication procedures in case of exceptional situation
Additionally they have been included
· Common referential
Comments and general observations:
The comments and the observations to the aforementioned document must be remitted via e-mail to the following addresses: firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com showing the topic “ Comments on the Interconnection Agreement between France and Spain”. The e-mail must be also sent following the template that you can thereupon download. The deadline for comments and observations will be the 15th of November, 2016, at 24:00
It is also appreciated if the confidential parts of the information remitted are marked.
Only the comments whose author is identified will be accepted.
The comments will be recorded in order of arrival, analyzed and remitted to the Commission de Régulation de l’Energie along with the aforesaid proposals, as well as the record of the documents received, giving the process both transparence and traceability.
