Service quality evaluation report

TIGF publishes its evaluation report on the results of its service quality for 2015.

The annual service quality report formerly drawn up by the French Energy Regulation Commission (CRE) is now produced individually by infrastructure managers.  

TIGF is therefore publishing its first service quality report, which explains the key principles of this mechanism of incentive regulation, summarises its achievements to date, andprovides details of its results  based on the different indicators for the past year.

The report also sets out TIGF's commitment to implement the best solution to meet market demands, that must allow TIGF to continue to build on the quality that translates into positive results year-on-year.
