Customer satisfaction

Teréga is conscious of the need to continuously improve its services, and periodically conducts satisfaction surveys among its customers. These surveys are conducted by a specialised external firm.

 

Shipping customers (transport and storage)

A satisfaction survey is conducted every two years. It aims to:

  • evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with regard to the offer proposed but also in relation to commercial and contractual relations;
  • identify practical improvement actions.
